Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Why not get a head of Cauliflower and do something special.

If baked, it freezes well for another day.

I have done this a few times and Oh my word it was Gooooooooood!

When I do finally get to upload the video that includes a Tamarind Sauce, you will enjoy it….

For now, let’s use some still photography 🙂

 

Step 1:  Cauliflower, Harina Pan White Corn (or yellow) dry with spices

Step 2:  Make wet batter using 1 cup of Harina Pan and 4 cups water,  with some pepper

Step 3:  Dip Cauliflower in Wet Batter, then coat in dry batter and place in oven to bake for 45 mins at 180oC or fry (I only bake so not sure of frying temperatures)

One bite is all it needs

You can use flour, but this was a gluten free version.  Less gummy than flour and sooooo nutritious.
