Why do we ignore this?

Feeling Bloated.

Feeling Exhausted.

Can’t put one foot in front of the other easily and still WE COMPLAIN!

It takes a simple change of mindset.

Just be a little more active by walking more, walking on the spot whilst watching TV if you have to.

The idea is just have constant moving for 30 mins a day. After eating or just to start your day with a BOOST!

Get that WorkOUT IN!!!
