Venezuelan Black Beans

Hello my dear curious foodies 🙂

For many years I have been cooking up a Rainbow for Clients and friends.

One of the amazing inclusions of late have connected with my Latin Caribbean heritage, the use of Black Beans.

When soaked, boiled and stewed by you they are so hearty.  Amazing beans that are so versatile: Stews; Burgers; Empanadas; and so much more….
