If you want to learn how to make WHOLESOME, HEARTY MEALS & SNACKS or just IMPROVE YOUR NUTRITION we have the courses for you, run by Chef J and Associates.

Wherever you are, we can come to you OR attend one of our sessions starting from October 2016.

 

  • VEGAN COOKING WORKSHOP
    Learn how to create meals from scratch with ingredients you use already or try something new that is absolutely colourful.  Gluten Free and Nut Free sessions so that everyone can enjoy these group sessions.  Feel free to get our advice on converting recipes for your own personal taste profiles.
  • VEGAN NUTRITION WORKSHOP
    Together we can help you gain optimal nutrition and get your body in gear for an amazing make-over.  The transformation must always include INSIDE OUT approach where you Clean the Inside so that it will be reflected Outside.  We absolutely encourage exercise to suit your needs and will be helping you get your body to where you want it to be.

  • INDIVIDUAL COOKING TIP SESSIONS
